Exhibition tool is the most important part of the cycle of production, marketing and exports.
Public Relations and International Affairs reported that the first session of Iranian commercial counselors in other countries with International Exhibition Company executives was held in the place of the company.
According to the report, Akbarpour Chairman and Managing Director of International Exhibitions referred to the importance of the exhibition industry, and said: “we are faced with three links of production, marketing and export in a cycle that extends from the establishment of industrial plants to export. In this cycle, marketing is the most important link, with exhibition tool as its important part.
Then, Akbarpour stated the following as guidelines to help better organize the exhibition aboard or organize foreign exhibitions inside the country:
- creating a coherent exhibition system inside and outside the country
- evaluating Iranian executives who organize foreign exhibitions
- providing exhibition facilities to the participants in foreign exhibitions inside the country
The Chairman and Managing Director of International Exhibition then divided his talks into three sections, including critical position of commercial counselors, promotion of position of foreign exhibitions, and reformation of fairs calendar, especially foreign exhibitions; and offered some explanations about them.
At the beginning of the session where the executives of the International Exhibition Company were present, Khairullah Khadem Deputy of Exhibition Affairs of the International Exhibitions and Towfiqi Deputy of Marketing of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran, offered some explanations about the reasons to organize the session, and asked the counselors to provide some suggestions on how to hold better the foreign exhibitions.
Then, the commercial counselors at the session expressed their views on how to hold the exhibition in target countries.
Iranian commercial counselors in 14 countries (including South Africa, India, United Arabic Emirates, Afghanistan, Oman, Algeria, China, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Lebanon, Belarus, Indonesia and Iraq) were present in the first session of International Exhibition Company executives with the commercial counselors.
