  1. 1.How can you get informed from the date of the exhibitions?
    • You can visit the exhibition website (www.iranfair.com) and choose the exhibition calendar.

 

 

  1. 2.How can you reserve the Conference Hall and the meeting place?
    • Please visit the Protocol & Travels section of Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Department in the Administrative Building of Tehran International Permanent Fairground or make a written correspondence with Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Department.

 

 

  1. 3.How can you make environmental advertisements?

 • Please visit the Audiovisual section, adjacent to Milad Exhibition Hall.

 

 

  1. 4.How can you prepare Radio advertisements?

 • Please visit the Audiovisual section, adjacent to Milad Exhibition Hall.

 

 

  1. 5.How can you get filming and photography permission in the exhibition?
    • A written request for filming and photography permission must be sent to Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Manager and then the documents (official photo - copy of birth certificate - operation license) should be presented to Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Department.

 

  

  1. 6.Is it possible to distribute the brochure in the Exhibition Fairground?

 • According to the rules and regulations in this regard, only exhibition participants are allowed to distribute brochures in their booth and other cases should be coordinated and communicated with the manager of Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Department.

  

 

  1. 7.What are the visa requirements for participants in foreign exhibitions?
    • Please visit the Protocol & Travels section of Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Department in the Administrative Building of Tehran International Permanent Fairground.

 

  

  1. 8.How can you get the book of the exhibition?
    • While the exhibition is running, the exhibitions books are available at the Entrance of the exhibition halls and when the exhibition is over, it can be followed from the organizer of the exhibition or the print and Copy section ( in front of Administrative Building and next to the Audiovisual section)

  • Yes there is a 24 hours fire station in the Exhibition Fairground.
