He said the details of the exhibition:

Fourth Exhibition of modern home interior decoration date from 3 to 7 September this year for 5 days with total area of ​​6000 square meter manufacturing 70 units of Guilan, Tehran, East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Ardebil, Khorasan, Isfahan, Alborz, Qom, Semnan and Yazd province will be held at the International Exhibition.

Reported from Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Department of Iran International Exhibitions Company and quoted from the Staff Cooperative Company of Iran International Exhibitions Company, the first Specialized Exhibition of Constructions and facades and related industries will run in Tehran International Permanent Fairground in October.

According to the report: The exhibition will be attended by officials, invitees, participants, professionals and enthusiasts of the construction industry and building facades and it will be opened on 5-8 October this year.

Public Relations and Foreign Affairs Manager of Iran International Exhibitions Company noted to the year 1391 titled as “ National production , supporting Iranian capital and labour” by the supreme leader and the matter of organizing car exhibition in the country due to supporting national productions and expanding homemade automobile manufacturing industry in Iran said: this exhibition has a special importance and Iran International Exhibitions Company (IIEC) has determined to organize this exhibition magnificently considering large scale targets of the governments. Amoli added: automotive manufacturing industry is one of the most important parts of global trade and industry. Car industry is famed of “Locomotive Industry” because of being linked with more than 60 other industries. In car manufacturing a collection of different industrial fields ( metal , plastic , chemical ,cloth , glass ,electro mechanic , electricity , electronic , metallurgy , …) designing, management and economy are used. This industry is one of the indexs of development. Approval of the Cabinet of the government of Islamic Republic of Iran for hosting World EXPO 2025

Akbarpour explained the reporters about the Approval of the Cabinet of the government of Islamic Republic of Iran for hosting World EXPO 2025, reported from public relations and foreign affairs department of Iran International Exhibitions Company.

Based on this report, Akbarpour, Chairman of the Board and Managing Director of Iran International Exhibitions Company divided EXPOs based on their themes and mentioned each EXPO has got one universal theme and a subtheme.

He noted the aims of organizing EXPOs as media techniques and strengthening international relations, sharing social and cultural experiences in a global issue, increasing cultural and international relations, promoting trade and economic exchanges between countries.

Akbarpour stated: The application for hosting EXPOs must be submitted nine years prior to EXPO.

According to the report of Public Relations and International Affairs of Islamic Republic of Iran International exhibitions Company and according to the transcript of informing center in industry , mining and trade ministry , it has been come in the transcript that : This age is the age of onset and the emergence of new information and communication technologies, and every day that passes by , we are witness of entering variety of different communication means and implements for the access of different communities to the latest news and events and making a connection between them. Although each of these new technologies and features provide a very easy and simple access to the information and communication for every lands of the territories and world's geography , among these variety and existence of different facilities profession and the art of public relations that still goes forward. . But at present ,this technology needs to be basic refined and needs to be conformed with current conditions
 according to its capabilities and specifics and new technologies will be used in it.
  Thus , with a new view to the organizational structure and working forces in public relations , standardization, central programming  and paying attention to the latest methods, the community of public relations have been renovated with proper speed and beside making distance from traditional methods , manifest new conditions conformed by their applications and use this art and profession efficiently . furthermore this is necessary to evaluate the performance of public relations based on the program and the steps taken header.

Public relation of Industry, Mine and Trade, with the knowledge of these capabilities and special attention to the fundamental change in the public relations of centers and organizations and affiliates, has held the first superior public relations selection festival and subsequently a secretariat was established and the centers and their affiliates sent the samples of documents according to what was announced at the festival in four groups including developmental companies, professional and mother organizations, financial agencies and large manufacturing and services corporations, the companies and the departments of provinces functions and the industry, mine and trade organizations of provinces functions in three sections of comprehensive and annual plan consisting of (management and organization practices, the strengthening of human resources, budget and facilities) and public relations techniques including (publications, advertising and notification fields, public relations, media relations, electronic relations, research and thought surveillance and crisis management) and finally, creativity and innovation (best idea). The important point in this action is the collection of over 2642 work in 9 mentioned fields which the publicity and the notification with 641 and the publication with 609 work were the most samples and the field of crisis management with 13 work was the lowest samples submitted to the secretariat of festival.

Received works were quickly separated and classified and after the primary expertise were given to the jury for judgment and during two stages each of the works were evaluated with sufficient accuracy and time according to the parameters of quality and quantity, audience studies, attention to the aspects of art, media studies, time studies, scientific, structure, processes principles, and freshness and novelty, creativity and other such items, and the results were announced. Meanwhile accounting these measurements beneficial, the Jury of the first superior public relations selection of Industry, Mine and Trade festival emphasizes on the training and the holding of certain courses for the promotion of the knowledge of the managers and specialists of public relations, and recommend training based on scientific approaches and plans based on the audience needs.

According to the investigation of received sample works, the Jury also found that important fields such as research and thought studies, public relations, comprehensive plan, crisis management and innovation (top ideas) were less considered than other fields and participants have not provided related documents based on a regular and methodical work in each of these fields, while due to the lack of needed justification or sufficient accuracy in collecting and arranging documents related to the fields in which they have participated , the most managers and specialists have sent samples, which in future years prior to sending summon or planning for the festival it is necessary to educate the participants some notes and information that are needed to be considered in collecting samples and sending works and even during the early investigation of the received documents, in the case of incomplete documentation or lack of arrangement, reminders and explanations should be given.

According to this report : In the third meeting of the Expo Milan committee, items such as choosing a consultant in order to prepare Iran's REP pavilion design  were discussed and assessed.

It must be mentioned that : these meetings are held regularly and according to the schedule. And the approved items by the members of staff are analyzed and followed up.

It must be explained that in the third meeting of the Expo staff , it was established that these legislation referred to the secretaries , related committees and managements for the action after seen by excellent position of company.

According to the report of   Public Relations and Foreign Affairs of Iran International Exhibitions Company , the fourth meeting of Director council of Iran International Exhibition company was held with focus on administration's performance management at the International Permanent Fairground. At the beginning of the meeting, Amoli , Public Relations Manager, represented a report stating the company's performance in July , beside saying welcome and declaring the outlines of the section.

According to this report : In this meeting which was held with a focus on the administrative management and its reporting , Ghanbari, the administrative director of company represented a detailed report about the performance of administrative affairs in the past and plans for advancing the pursuit of company's higher goals and led the audiences to listen and comment on this .And a film was shown about the performance of that zone , which was considered by the audiences at the session.

Following this session , audiences represented their opinions about the exhibited report and assessed and analyzed the raised   issues.

The meeting of Fars province export Development Committee, attended by its Governor and its economic authorities for reviewing the province capabilities for participating in Expo 2015 Milan.

According to the report of Public Relations and Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company , Head of and secretary of Expo 2015 Milan Committee (Khadem and Majidi .) had a trip to Fars , with regard to the national impetus for the establishment and the competent participation of Islamic Republic of Iran in Expo 2015 Milan with the theme "Feeding the planet, Energy for Life" and with regard to the order of state officials about the cooperation of all provinces for significant participating in this international event.
