Iran’s Active Exhibition Diplomacy with Three Countries on the Sidelines of the 7th Iran Expo

On the sidelines of the 7th Iran Expo Exhibition, Sadeef Beikzadeh, Managing Director of the Islamic Republic of Iran International Exhibitions Company, held meetings with exhibition officials from Russia, Serbia, and Spain to discuss the expansion of exhibition-related cooperation.

In his meeting with Sergey Selivanov, Deputy Director General of Expocentre Moscow, the two sides discussed the implementation of previous agreements and recent exhibition negotiations. They also consulted on facilitating broader participation of Iranian and Russian companies in mutually agreed exhibitions and other joint international collaborations in the exhibition field.

During a meeting with Milan Ćukić, Deputy Mayor of Belgrade, attended by Iran’s Commercial Attaché in Serbia, Beikzadeh emphasized the company's international cooperation approach. He expressed hope that with continued follow-up on prior discussions and mutual determination, exhibition collaboration and bilateral relations between the two countries would further strengthen.

In a separate meeting and discussion with González Barragán, the Middle East Representative of the Barcelona International Exhibition, and the Managing Director of Iran International Exhibitions Company, the two parties referred to Spain's history of participation in Iranian exhibitions, particularly industrial fairs. They also discussed the production and export capacities of Iranian companies for participation in Spanish exhibitions, diversification of bilateral trade, and called for stronger exhibition ties between Tehran and Barcelona, including the exchange of business delegations between the two countries.
